I feel an overwhelming sense of responsibility for my team
Often, when running a business, your team can feel like an extension of your family. This can of course be a great asset as it’s usually reflected in their loyalty and ability to rally around when the going gets tough. However, it can also come with an overwhelming feeling of responsibility for their financial wellbeing and can therefore impact your decision making and hamper your ability to grow and thrive.
Whilst profit is of course important, for many business owners, it’s not the be all and end all to running a business. We work closely with our clients to understand what’s important to them and help devise strategies to achieve all of their objectives – and guess what! If you have a strategy in place that has an emphasis on looking after your team you’ll almost certainly have a nice profitable business to boot!
