New Head of Corporate Finance at Wilson Partners

We’re excited to announce some changes within the Corporate Finance Team. As of March 2024, Adam Wardle will be leading the drive to acquire businesses similar to ourselves, with like-minded team and a culture that will complement our own. Whilst Adam’s primary focus will be on fulfilling our acquisition strategy, the CF team will continue to leverage his unparalleled experience as we continue to grow.

This makes way for Dan James, to move into the role of Head of Corporate Finance where he will spearhead the growth and direction of the CF team whilst overseeing key M&A projects. Dan brings with him a wealth of experience across multiple transactions within many sectors.

Our dedicated Corporate Finance team of 11 continues to grow and thrive with rich mix of projects including M&A advisory, transactional support and valuations, working with a wide range of shareholders and entrepreneurial management teams of owner managed businesses we provide the knowledge and peace of mind you need.

If you’d like to know more, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Dan James.
