About me
I really enjoy the buzz that comes with assisting entrepreneurs to build and grow their business, raise investment and ultimately plan a successful exit. I am especially excited to be able to expand the range of support I can provide my clients with the wider Wilson Partners offering, which encompasses services such as audit and corporate finance too.
I’m a Client Director and the Office Lead of the Wilson Partners’ Kent office. After finding my interest in the world of tax whilst studying for my law degree, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant within the Multinational Corporations Tax Department at Deloitte, in their London offices. During that time, I worked with a variety of clients in industries such as retail, technology, media and telecoms, computer games and pharmaceuticals, undertaking both corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
This led to a specialism in tech start-ups and scale up businesses for whom I advise on matters including financial reporting, corporation tax and R&D tax credits, investor tax reliefs, EMI option schemes, restructuring and transactional work as well as providing business advisory support in outsourced accounting services across bookkeeping, payroll and company secretarial services.
