The Employee Experience team prioritise wellbeing so we can ensure happiness within teams, and can look for new ways to add to the reasons why we are a great place to work. A wellbeing committee made up of individuals from a range of teams meet regularly to discuss fun and engaging ways to promote wellbeing in the office.
Social.
Socially, we have plenty of opportunities throughout the year for everyone to get together outside of work. Events including summer and winter parties, after work drinks, games nights, an annual rounders match, and mixed tough rugby tournament are popular amongst the team and provide a great platform for getting to know colleagues from different areas of the business.
