Inheritance Tax Planning: the essentials
Date: Thursday 21st March 2024
Time: 16:30-18:30
Join Wilson Partners’ Tax Director, Sarah Clarke and guest speakers Charlotte Drury-Woods, Head of Private Wealth and Inheritance at Herrington Carmichael LLP and Marco Chabbi, Financial Advisor at Advanta Wealth for a seminar on the essentials around Inheritance tax and effective planning at the Wilson Partners Head Office in Maidenhead.
Planning for the future is important and understanding your financial position and managing your wealth within your lifetime can mean the gifting within your Will and Trusts can be executed in the most tax efficient manner, reducing the likelihood of your loved ones facing HMRC upon receiving their inherited funds and assets. With inheritance tax currently at 40% there is potentially a large tax bill to pay and careful planning in this area can really add value and save substantial sums.
There are many options to consider, with each case being unique due to personal, business and family circumstances. This seminar will see the experienced speakers lay out the basics and what to consider when planning for your wealth after your death and what can be done during your lifetime.
If you’re unable to attend the event but would be interested in attending future in-person or virtual events please email [email protected].
