Wilson Partners Lead adviser to the shareholders of Davis Tate Ltd on its sale to LSLi Plc
Wilson Partners Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that we recently advised the shareholders of Davis Tate Limited on its sale to LSLi Plc.
Davis Tate was established in 1991 and is a strong presence in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area offering a premium Sales and Lettings service with 14 networked areas throughout Berkshire and Oxfordshire, which includes branches in Reading, Twyford, Thame and Henley on Thames.
David Tate Joint MD of Davis Tate says, “LSLi has enabled both Matthew and I to have an interesting and fulfilling exit strategy that has also given us opportunities to grow the business using their energy and expertise.
