Lead Adviser to the shareholders of Vision Vehicle Solutions Ltd on its sale to Markerstudy Group
Wilson Partners Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that we recently advised the shareholders of Vision Vehicle Solutions Ltd on its sale to the Markerstudy Group.
Vision Vehicle Solutions Ltd was established in 1995 and is a specialist accident management company based in Berkshire. The company recently perfected its mission statement “To be recognised as the accident management provider of choice through the delivery of outstanding customer service and solutions” by its sale to Markerstudy Group, the Gibraltar based diversified insurance group.
Martin Wills Joint MD of Vision says, “Our sale to the Markerstudy Group has enabled us to fulfill our exit strategy whilst at the same time given us the opportunity to grow the business and be an important piece in a much larger group. We were impressed with the group’s strategy and see it as an ideal fit with enormous synergies and we now have a plan for the longevity of the business. It was really important to us to look after the team and there is now an exciting future with many more career opportunities ahead for all of us.”
Markerstudy Group is the £1 Billion turnover, diversified insurance group, led by Kevin Spencer, employing
more than 2000 staff and provides comprehensive and accessible personal lines insurance solutions to over 350,000 policyholders.
Tony Copeland Joint MD of Vision comments, “We were delighted in the professional way Wilson Partners Corporate Finance negotiated and completed our transaction. Their commercial and straight talking approach is refreshing, kept the deal on track and meant that we could get on with the running of the business in the knowledge that the whole process was in safe hands. Wilson Partners have looked after us for quite some time and we would highly recommend them”.
