As the Payroll Manager for the team at our Cambridge office I’ve been ensuring smooth payroll operations and happy paydays as manager since April 2022 and have been with the company since September 2019.
After initially getting into payroll as a temporary role after leaving teaching, I quickly found I loved it and haven’t looked back! I discovered that I have a knack for navigating the intricacies of payroll and making sure everyone gets their hard-earned money on time. The thrill of tackling complex calculations and the satisfaction of ironing out all the payroll details became my daily dose of excitement!
Since then, I’ve devoted myself to honing my payroll skills, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, undertaking professional qualifications and always seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.
