Udit Verma

I am a Corporate Finance Analyst at Wilson Partners. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from India, and a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from the UK. Additionally, I am a qualified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst accredited by the Corporate Finance Institute. My prior experience includes internships in Equity Research, Corporate Development, and Financial Analysis for a start-up.

In my current role at Wilson Partners, I am responsible for data and trend analysis, private company research, valuations, financial modelling, and report creation. Wilson Partners is known for its comprehensive suite of services, including Lead Advisory (M&A, Fundraising, and Restructuring) and Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence, and Tax Due Diligence). I am fortunate to be immersed in both functions and build a wide repertoire of skills and knowledge.
