Pride at a win for the Corporate Finance team at the Thames Valley Deal Awards

The Corporate Finance team at Wilson Partners had a great night out at the Thames Valley Deals Awards last Thursday when they won the Due Diligence Team of the Year category.

Feedback from the judges stated that “this team have provided excellent quality and insightful analysis for a high number of deals across the region including significant and complex transactions. With a reputation for being diligent and professional, they have proven themselves to be a team of supportive, collaborative and trusted advisers.”

Dan James, Transactions Services Director at Wilson Partners said “We worked on 30 deals during the year that included many larger deals, which I think is a testament to the great work of our team. We have always focused on hiring the right people at the right time as we grow, including into South Africa, where a small team supports our UK clients. I think our hands-on approach is important in the low- to mid-market sector, where it is all about people. Clients want to know they are getting the service from partners and directors – we have always been about rolling up our sleeves and getting stuck in. It’s the best part of the job.”

Our Corporate Finance team offers a comprehensive range of M&A, debt advisory and transaction services. Our aim is always to partner with each of our clients throughout the deal process and we offer an exceptional level of practical and commercial experience to deliver a creative and efficient transaction. We work with a wide range of shareholders and entrepreneurial management teams of owner managed businesses.
