Wilson Partners recognised as the ‘Best Company to Work for’

The team at the Wilson Partners Maidenhead office were delighted to be announced as winners at the Maidenhead and Windsor Business and Community Awards, for the ‘Best Company to Work for’ category.

The awards evening hosted at The Castle Hotel in Windsor on Friday 22nd September saw teams from local businesses from across the borough come together to celebrate the positive impact businesses are having in the local community, along with their successes.

Maidenhead is where it started for Wilson Partners back in 2008 and is where the head office remains today. We have grown exponentially since our humble beginnings to a team of 125, across locations in Reading, Sevenoaks, Cambridge and South Africa, and it’s the people have always been at the heart of everything we do.

Duncan Bye, Director at Wilson Partners attended the event alongside nine other team members, commented “it was inspiring to hear about all the fantastic work local businesses are doing and to have their hard work celebrated at these awards is fantastic. As a team, we were so pleased to come home with an award; it’s a true testament to the hard work of everyone within the company that make Wilson Partners a great place to work.”

Wilson Partners were also proud sponsors of the ‘Best SME’ award and would like to congratulate Gardner Leader on their win, along with all the other winners and finalists.
