BCS joins Wilson Partners

As we continue our growth strategy we’re excited to announce that BCS Accounting in Cambridge has joined the Group. A full service accounting, tax and advisory business BCS will enable us to bolster our existing teams and bring additional specialisms in FCA Compliance reporting, predominantly for the Hedge Fund and Investment firm sector as well as a specialist Company Secretarial team.

Allan Wilson, Wilson Partners MD said “With a strong commitment to helping SMEs, investors and private individuals achieve their ambitions, we want to join forces with a like-minded firms who understand our approach and are keen to be on our journey – BCS Accounting very much fits that mold and bolsters our capability in key areas such as FCA Compliance reporting and CoSec services within the Hedge Fund and investment management space as well growing our core accounting and advisory offering within the SME space – it’s great to have them on board!”.

We are taking on the full BCS Accounting team and they will continue to operate from their premises on the edge of Cambridge giving Wilson Partners greater reach and capacity as we continue our growth.
