Wilson Partners recognised as ‘Outstanding’ by Best Companies

Following our November 2023 employee survey with Best Companies, we were delighted to be recognised as an ‘outstanding’ two star company to work for.

The Best Companies survey allowed our people to anonymously provide their feedback on Wilson Partners, answering a series of questions that gives us an overall understanding of what individuals and teams working at Wilson Partners think. The survey process promotes honestly and leads to feedback on ways to improve.

Our Employee Experience Team drive our wellbeing initiatives and the social committee ensure our team and offices are brought together regularly throughout the year. We take our employee engagement seriously as we’re proud of the culture we promote, opportunities we provide our people and ensuring a high standard for our sector.

Director Allan Wilson commented “The result is a testament to the effort we all put in to make Wilson Partners a fantastic environment to be a part of. Our team allows us to go from strength to strength so ensuring our people are happy, engaged and motivated at work is of great importance.”
