Wilson Partners embarks on ‘Best Companies’ survey process

Employee feedback is really important to us at Wilson Partners. That’s why last year we partnered with Best Companies to enable non-biased external employee listening to give us the insight into what we’re doing well and areas for improvement and ultimately how our people feel about Wilson Partners. This insight is invaluable and so we’re excited to be taking our team through the process again with our latest employee survey taking place through November 23.

We’ve been growing since we started but in the past 18 months our growth journey has accelerated somewhat, with the team doubling in size following the addition of offices in Cambridge, Sevenoaks and South Africa – we are keen to make sure we’re staying true to our values and maintaining a culture which has always had employee happiness at it’s heart.

“Going though an external surveying processes allows for complete anonymity for our team and sees us ranked alongside other businesses. It’s hugely important to regularly receive feedback so that we can stay on top of any areas requiring improvement. Ultimately, we want our team to be happy; a happy team makes happy clients!” – Emma Montgomerie, Head of Employee Experience.

Best Companies work with organisations like ours to measure, recognise and improve levels of workplace engagement allowing our team to give open and honest feedback, providing us with a greater understanding of how our people feel.
