A proud night for our Corporate Finance team at the Thames Valley Dealmakers awards
The Wilson Partners Corporate Finance team had a great night at the Thames Valley Dealmakers awards on Thursday 15th September, with our client BGF picking up ‘Deal of the Year (sub £20m) for their investment into Operational Solutions Ltd for which we provided financial and tax due diligence and deal support.
We also saw the team ‘Highly Commended’ in the Transaction Services Team of the Year award – a category we won last year.
