Wilson Partners expands company secretarial offering

We’re excited to announce that we’ve expanded our Company Secretarial (CoSec) service offering with a dedicated team based in Cambridge.

Supporting our Corporate Finance team, we can now offer board support and minuting services for our clients based in the Financial Services sector.

The full range of services can be tailored to individual requirements of our clients, covering provision of full meeting support and administration services, as well as specific areas such as attendance and minuting of meetings were the administration elements are managed by the client.

Our full meeting support and admin service includes:

  • managing calendar of Board meetings, diary invitations and conference call arrangements;
  • agenda preparation;
  • requesting, collating and circulating Board meeting packs;
  • attendance at and minuting of Board meetings;
  • preparation and circulation of minutes and action points summary; and
  • tracking progress on action points.

This is all supported by a pre-defined service level arrangement.

Our CoSec team is headed by Trina Hill FCG, a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice with over 25 years’ experience in the field.

This service is designed to complement our comprehensive suite of Corporate Finance services for the investment sector as well as our FCA compliance reporting service.
