Adviser to Octopus on its investment in One Team Logic
Wilson Partners Corporate Finance were delighted to support Octopus Investments Development Capital Team, part of the Octopus Group, with financial and tax due diligence on its £3.2 million development capital funding of One Team Logic, the safeguarding and child protection software business.
