If you are on this page, the chances are that you came here via the old Mark Holt & Co website. So, before you take a look around here’s quick intro to us to explain how you got here!
In October 2024 we were excited to announce that we had brought Plymouth based accounting, tax and advisory specialist Mark Holt & Co on board to grow our team, our capabilities and our presence in the South of England.
Why did we do this?
We have a strong commitment to helping SMEs, investors and private individuals achieve their ambitions, and as we grow we want to join forces with a like-minded firms who understand our approach and are keen to be on our journey – The team at Mark Holt & Co very much fitted that mould whilst bolstering our capability in key areas like tax and business advisory – it’s great to have them on board!
How does this affect Mark Holt & Co clients?
It’s very much business as usual for clients as they will have the same team operating from the same premises in Plymouth but with the added bonus of a broader range of services from a highly experienced team and best in class IT operations. As well as bolstering our capabilities in accounting, tax, audit and advisory our additional services include:

We don’t do grey suits, operate in silos or spend all day counting beans. With offices in Maidenhead, Cambridge, Oakham, Sevenoaks, Woking, South Africa and now Plymouth, all our directors are fully engaged in the business and we’re passionate about client success, because after all, if you thrive, we thrive.
