One day is never like the last, so it’s always a good challenge to react and adapt on a daily basis.
My role as Support Manager involves all sorts of things, including ensuring the Support team is running smoothly and also HR support; including maintaining our team members’ personnel records, plus ensuring anyone who is studying for accountancy/tax qualifications are progressing as expected, amongst many other things. I will also complete support tasks where I’m able to.
My prior work before coming here was 17 years as a team leader at Royal Mail, so very different to working in an accountancy practice.
The things I like about my current job is the variety of work I do. One day is never like the last, so it’s always a good challenge to react and adapt on a daily basis.
