Introduce yourself…
Hi, I’m Steve, I head up the Tax team at Wilson Partners. My background is a mix of practice and industry having trained with Grant Thornton, then moving in-house working for two listed companies before joining Wilson Partners.
Outside work I am kept busy by my two young children, and enjoy holidays, food and wine. When I have time, I like to run, but often fail to make it to the Wilson Partners run club!
Describe your role at Wilson Partners
My role at Wilson Partners is to advise clients on all things tax. I work alongside the Corporate Finance team on transactional work and also advise clients on tax structuring, employee incentivisation and much more.
Ask one colleague to describe you
“Who said Tax guys were boring!? Out of work Steve is an active and sociable friend, husband and dad. In work Steve is nothing different. His professionalism and well rounded knowledge around all things tax is truly valuable to our firm and our clients. Although he’s a Chelsea fan, we let him off, as he has a fantastic commercial awareness and strategic vision, which not only gives us an edge internally, but to our clients alike.” – Duncan Bye
