Thrive WP academy

Client Growth Programme (CGP)

Our Client Growth Programme develops the confidence and skills of our team to manage client relationships, uncover opportunities and deliver the support that enables long-term client success.

Management Development Programme (MDP)

Our Management Development Programme supports team members who manage others, helping them strengthen their leadership skills and grow with confidence.

Leadership Development Programme (LDP)

A natural progression from the MDP, our Leadership Development Programme is tailored for senior leaders, with a focus on strategic leadership and inspiring teams across Wilson Partners.

Lunch & Learn

Our informal lunchtime sessions, led by the team, cover a wide range of topics — from technical specialisms to personal passions. Held throughout the year, they provide opportunities to deepen knowledge, support clients more effectively, and have become a platform to explore Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing topics. (Cups of tea and sandwiches always welcome!)

Mentoring programme

Launched in early 2025, our mentoring programme connects team members with colleagues who have valuable insight and experience to share. It’s designed to support growth, development, and the sharing of knowledge across Wilson Partners, helping our people thrive and learn from one another.
