About me
I was attracted to Wilson Partners by the ambitions of the company, the team culture and positivity throughout the business.
I am a Director within the Corporate Finance team. Having over 30 years of experience, including over 13 years in a senior position at the UK ‘Big 4’, partner positions with UK and international ‘Big 6’ firms, as well as Finance Director of a UK facilities management company. I have completed numerous assignments in Europe, the USA, Africa and Asia, completing over 130 successful transactions ranging from sub £500k to over £300 million. I have advised the board of a UK-listed PLC and a UK industry regulator.
My role in the Corporate Finance team here at Wilson Partners is focused on advising shareholders and executing deals, including company acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and fundraisings.
