Wilson Partners continues its strategic growth journey with the acquisition of Rutland-based Max Accountants, further strengthening its presence across London, Cambridge, and the South of England.
The deal which took place at the end of February 2025, marks Wilson Partners’ first acquisition of 2025 and its eighth overall, bringing group revenue to £32m and expanding its headcount to nearly 300 professionals.
The deal significantly enhances Wilson Partners’ specialist expertise in early-stage and high-growth technology and life sciences businesses, doubling the size of its dedicated team in this space.
