Wilson Partners Corporate Finance were delighted to have provided financial and tax due diligence to support WTR Group’s acquisition of SI Pumps.

The acquisition of SI Pumps follows WTR Group’s growth strategy, reinforcing its commitment to providing comprehensive water and wastewater solutions across Northern Europe. SI Pumps’ expertise in pumps and pumping systems complements WTR Group’s existing portfolio, enabling the company to offer a broader range of products and services to its customers.

Since its foundation in 1986, SI Pumps has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality pumps, pumping solutions and by offering exceptional customer service, allowing the company to expand by organic growth without an external sales team.

SI Pumps is an authorised distributor for many of the major pump manufacturers, particularly in the Building Services Sector and can offer a complete package of supply, installation, repair, refurbishment and maintenance support services. SI Pumps also supply a wide range of accessories for most major brands of pumps.
