Wilson Partners Corporate Finance was delighted to support Carnstone Partners with vendor financial and tax due diligence and deal support for its strategic sale to SLR Group.

The addition of the Carnstone team demonstrates SLR’s continuing ambition to increase capacity in ESG services to support some of the world’s most well-known companies.
