My role at Wilson Partners is as Operational Improvement Manager. For over twenty years, I have been involved with process design/improvement either due to specific process review responsibility or because of wanting to get the job done in the most efficient way possible, while maintaining a quality service. I am a firm believer that effective and achievable processes keep both the team and clients happy, and ultimately support a successful business.
