I joined Wilson Partners in September 2025 as an Employee Experience Advisor. In my role, I support colleagues throughout the employee journey – from recruitment and onboarding to championing their development and wellbeing. What I’ve always loved most about my work is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to people’s everyday experience at work, helping to create an environment where they feel supported, empowered and excited about what’s ahead.
