I joined Wilson Partners in March 2025 as Employee Experience Advisor, where I focus on supporting and developing our talented employees. My role spans across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to training, development, and employee engagement – all with the goal of creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to grow.
Before joining Wilson Partners, I worked in the aerospace industry, providing comprehensive HR support across a large, multinational organisation and contributing to a range of employee-focused initiatives.
