Roelien Van Der Linden - Wilson Partners

Roelien Van Der Linden

I am the Payroll Manager and although I only started my journey at Wilson Partners recently, my payroll journey started 16 years ago.

After getting my honours degree in social research methods and my diploma as a pharmacist assistant I realised that my real passion was working as a payroll consultant. I enjoy helping clients to make their payroll processes easier and building positive long-lasting relationships with them. I am originally from South Africa and moved to the UK in 2019 with my husband, daughter and 3 dogs. I belong to the Maidenhead Hockey Club and enjoy running and water sports. There is nothing like a good book before going to bed at night.

Wilson Partners seems to be a good fit for me, because it is a company that not only cares about their clients. They also care about the physical and mental wellbeing of their employees. They participate in team building, sports and charity events which creates a very good balance.
