The part of my role I enjoy most is answering queries and questions from clients as this is an opportunity to build a good relationships with our clients.
I joined in 2023 working as a Payroll Associate within the Craufurd Hale team (now Wilson Partners).
I have worked for payroll and accountancy firms for around 10 years and I am level 2 AAT qualified. I started off within an accountancy practice and managed a portfolio of clients and that is when I realised I wanted to work in payroll full time.
My role is making sure that the payroll process runs smoothly. Calculating monthly wages, inputting the information, processing deductions, processing statutory pay and making sure that we work to strict deadlines so that employees are paid on time. We are also responsible for uploading pensions and occasionally dealing with HMRC queries.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my family and friends.
