Having spent over a decade in retail predictive analytics, and many years in technology development and project implementation, I am tasked with getting effective technology, data and processes into the business.
I joined Wilson Partners in February 2024, as the Director of Transformation and Technology, coming into the role to drive forwards the technology roadmap across the group.
Having spent over a decade in retail predictive analytics, and many years in technology development and project implementation, I am tasked with getting effective technology, data and processes into the business. This is all with the ultimate goal of using technology to provide the best service for our clients, a passion that is evident throughout Wilson Partners the minute you walk through the door.
Alongside my career experience, I find myself leaning increasingly on my degree in psychology and social studies, understanding and helping people adapt to change, which seems to be the only constant in the modern workplace! After all, it’s how we as humans use the tech that’s the really important bit!
