About me
I joined Wilson Partners as I was so impressed by the overall commitment to employee wellbeing and the desire to really nurture, develop and look after their people.
I joined Wilson Partners in February 2022 as Director of Employee Experience, bringing over 20 years of human resources experience across a variety of sectors. My focus has always been around people and creating an environment where employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
At Wilson Partners, the ethos of “it’s all about the people” couldn’t be more true. Together with the team, I work hard to ensure our people feel nurtured, supported in their careers, listened to, and that they truly belong. Since joining, I’ve been proud to play a key role in developing our employee wellbeing initiatives, strengthening our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) commitment, and creating regular opportunities for our people to share honest feedback, helping us learn. Each of these has helped Wilson Partners continue its commitment to evolve and grow alongside our people.
Creating a positive and meaningful employee experience is why I love what I do. We may not always get everything right, but we’re dedicated to making sure our team feels happy, fulfilled, and able to build rewarding careers with us.
