About me
I joined Wilson Partners in 2026 because I wanted to work with ambitious clients on challenging, multi-project portfolios where the quality of the narrative genuinely makes a difference. The culture here really suits me. It’s collaborative, commercial and hands on, with a strong focus on preparing R&D claims of high quality.
I am an R&D Tax Consultant, working with innovative businesses to help them build strong, defensible R&D claims across software, life sciences and advanced manufacturing. In practice, that means leading the full technical workstream, including scoping projects, speaking with engineers and scientists, drafting and reviewing narratives, and managing HMRC enquiries, all while keeping everything closely aligned with DSIT guidance and HMRC expectations.
I spend a lot of time translating complex technical detail into clear, structured reports that make sense both to specialists and to non-technical HMRC reviewers.
Outside of work, I like to switch off with football (playing and watching, especially Arsenal), video games, reading and travelling. Those interests give me a good balance between analytical work, staying active, and having time to explore new places and ideas.
