I am Associate Director (SA Board Director) within the Corporate Finance team at Wilson Partners and have close to ten-years’ professional experience. Having worked with both debt and equity finance, I was able to build an extensive network within the SME sectors and the larger corporate finance sector. Prior to Wilson Partners, I focused on Financial Due Diligence on U.S based clients. My work experience, within different financial areas, has allowed me to further develop my analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills that assist me in managing multiple responsibilities in the investment and corporate finance environment.
My role is to lead the fieldwork for transaction advisory and M&A engagements, inclusive of project and team management in South Africa.
