Adam Wardle - Wilson Partners

Adam Wardle

Having looked for a young entrepreneurial firm I merged my Corporate Finance activities of Park Capital into Wilson Partners back in 2011 with the goal of building a strong, fun and multidisciplinary firm with my friends who were like minded, expert accountants and business advisors. My career started with KPMG in Australia and now with 20 Years in the UK, I feel almost a Brit! Following professional practice, I led the corporate and asset based lending division of GE Capital before co-Founding centric commercial finance with substantial Private Equity backing. The firm was subsequently sold to Shawbrook Bank.

Having worked and led on over 200 transactions totally around £1B in value I Head up our Corporate Finance Division within Wilson Partners and internally lead our sales team across the firm.

Our Corporate Finance team is unique in that it covers M&A lead advisory and transaction services within a single team giving us a serious experience and skillset advantage for all our transactions. The team comprises big firm experienced advisors to lower mid-market SME, private equity and venture capital communities.

Adam tells it how it is.  He can quickly assess where a transaction has weakness and look to either strengthen that area or look for different alternatives.  A good person to have on your side.
