About me
Continuing to learn and develop my skills is important to me and when Wilson Partners launched the management development program in 2022, I was part of the inaugural cohort. The program was well delivered and informative and provided a great opportunity to connect with colleagues from our other offices.
I am Company Secretarial Manager at Wilson Partners and have worked in the Cambridge office since 2016. I have over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked in commercial insurance broking. I attained my Certificate in Company Secretarial and Share Registration Practice in 2020 and I’m currently studying for the Certificate In Fund Administration qualification.
The Company Secretarial team deals with a wide range of clients and provides support and services including share transactions, company formations, maintaining statutory records and Companies House filings. No two days are the same and there is always a lot of problem solving, which I enjoy!
