Hi, I’m Becki and I’m the Marketing Manager at Wilson Partners. Life outside of work is kept busy with my husband, our son, and our Bernese Mountain Dog. Living in Devon is something I really value — with both the moors and the beaches on my doorstep, it gives me the perfect balance between work and life.

Two mottos I try to live by are: “If you don’t ask, you don’t get” and “Try everything once.”

Describe your role at Wilson Partners

My role is to shape and deliver the firm’s marketing strategy to support business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and engage both existing and prospective clients. My role spans a broad range of activities from campaign planning and content creation to digital marketing, events, and internal communications. I also work closely with all departments across the business to ensure our messaging aligns with our values and commercial objectives.

Favourite drink in and out of the office?

Favourite drink in the office is tea and favourite drink out of the office is wine. White wine for winter and Rose for summer! I wouldn’t say no to a cocktail

Favourite film?

I have 2: One fine day and You’ve got mail. Actually make that 3 to include Devil wears Prada.

Favourite food?

I love Italian and Thai food. I could not choose between the two.

Favourite country/holiday?

Not a single country, but the Caribbean. It’s a really special place for me. I’ve celebrated birthdays there, and it’s also where I got married and had my honeymoon.

Cats or dogs?

Dogs…big dogs

Do you have any hobbies?

I wouldn’t say I have a specific hobby, but I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of living in Devon.

One thing that most people don’t know about you

Not many people know this, but I can speed ski and I even represented the South West in an ice-skating competition. Not your everyday combo!
