I find my role rewarding because it allows me to develop my skills while helping others and pursuing my passions.
I am a Payroll Advisor based in the Plymouth office. In my role, I handle complex payroll issues, ensuring accurate and timely processing for our clients. I am dedicated to providing exceptional support and guidance to help our clients navigate payroll challenges effectively. My responsibilities include managing payroll calculations, compliance, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise, always striving to deliver the best service possible.
I am currently completing my AAT Level 4 qualification, and I aspire to become a Chartered Accountant in the future. My background in finance and my passion for continuous learning drive me to expand my expertise and contribute meaningfully to my team and clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to karaoke, which is a great way for me to unwind and have fun. I also love cooking and sharing my culinary creations on my Facebook food page, called Aika’s Foodies. I find joy in exploring new recipes and connecting with food enthusiasts through my page.
