Adviser to Syntegra Group on its acquisition of Building Services Group

Wilson Partners Corporate Finance was delighted to advise our client Syntegra Group on the acquisition of specialist M&E consultants Building Services Group Ltd (BSG), providing financial and tax due diligence and SPA support.

The move transforms Syntegra into a 35-strong team working out of five offices across the South of England with M&E design services now providing 55% of its portfolio.

About the Parties

Based in Tonbridge, Kent, BSG provides building and environmental engineering services with a specialism in consulting to the construction industry. Services include feasibility and sustainability studies, design, tender and construction drawings, energy studies and solutions, inspections and engineering support, and building surveys.

Teams from BSG are currently operating in the Inter-Continental Hotel Park Lane London and Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, London with 75% of all commissions hotel-based.
