Wilson Partners Finalists in Thames Valley Deals Awards 2019

We’re delighted to announce that Wilson Partners are shortlisted finalists at the upcoming Thames Valley Deals Awards on 4th April, hosted by The Thames Valley Business Magazine at Madejski Stadium.

Wilson Partners are nominated for Best Due Diligence Team and Director Dan James commented “As we continue to see strong growth within our corporate finance team, due diligence lies at the heart of every great deal. We’re grateful to be recognised by the deal community for the hard work and efforts our team puts in, day in, day out”.

We also have a keen interest in the Small Deal of the Year category with BGF’s £2m investment in HeleCloud shortlisted for this award. Wilson Partners provided Financial & Tax Due Diligence services on this transaction and now provide ongoing accounting, compliance and specialist tax support to Helecloud.

If you’re thinking of selling your business, taking part in an MBO or making an acquisition, our corporate finance team can provide the advice you need to get the best deal for you and your business. Contact Dan James to find out more.
