Come to our FREE IR35 seminar in Camberley on 14th Jan 2020 – FULLY BOOKED

From 6th April 2020, the private sector will be brought in line with the public sector in relation to the IR35 tax regime. This will impose new requirements on to fee-payers for consultancy arrangements. The new legislation will shift the burden of determining an individual’s tax status from the individual, to the end user – and penalties will apply for non compliance.

Wilson Partners, alongside Herrington Carmichael Solicitors would like to invite you to attend one of our seminars addressing the IR35 changes on 14th January 2020, in Camberley.

These changes will affect businesses using contractors, recruitment agencies and individuals who supply their services through a personal service company.

Your Questions answered:

  • What exactly is the new regime?

  • What are the implications?

  • The current tests for determining employment status

  • Practical steps to help businesses prepare

All these questions, and more will be covered in our 90 minute seminaron 14th January 2020, Camberley.

There are important changes here for those companies and other organisations that engage people as contractors through consultancy agreements.

For the best possible chance of avoiding liability, businesses should be considering how their business is structured and how they currently engage with contractors or consultants.  This seminar will explore how the new regime will operate and how businesses can best prepare for the coming changes.
