Introduce yourself…
I’m Company Secretarial Director at Wilson Partners, having established the department in 2012. I am a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. Following a corporate career in FTSE listed companies, I moved into professional practice in 2006.
Describe your role at Wilson Partners
I assist and advise our clients across a wide range of services including business incorporations, statutory compliance, legal documentation, share capital management and fundraising (including under SEIS/EIS schemes), share option schemes, data protection compliance, board support and minuting of meetings, and corporate governance consultancy.

One thing that most people don’t know about you
I used to ride a motorbike – a metallic yellow Yamaha Virago 535. I was a leisure and fair-weather biker only!
