Carolyn Allen
I joined Wilson Partners in March 2022, working in the Outsourcing team. I assist with day-to-day book keeping, preparation of VAT returns and preparation of management reports for a variety of clients. My career began in the computer industry where I was involved with programming a backend office accounts system for the travel industry. Having taken time out to look after my children and care for my parents, I returned to work as a Learning Support Assistant at a secondary school in Maidenhead. I have also been involved with book keeping at my local church for several years which inspired me to study with AAT to gain some accounts qualifications.
I took the role at Wilson Partners as they have a caring approach towards their employees and offer excellent opportunities to all ages. It is a very friendly team who have made me welcome from my first day. I enjoy the flexible working that Wilson Partners has to offer. Hybrid working allows a better work-life balance and has given me greater freedom and flexibility to fit work around my life.
