Chris Wilson - Wilson Partners

Chris Wilson

I co-founded Wilson Partners in 2008 as a brand new start-up with an empty office and no clients. I have helped grow the business and the team since that time. I’m also a proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland since qualifying in 2000.

As the CFO of Wilson Partners I have responsibility for looking after our own finances. I also support a portfolio of clients to look after theirs. The challenges that the business owners I work with face are many and varied and I help simplify complex issues to enable effective decision making. I have an extensive range of accounting skills gained through time spent within corporate finance, tax, accounting and audit. This enables me to provide joined up advice to our clients which is practical and relevant to the long-term ambitions and objectives of the client.

I co-founded Wilson Partners because I believe that SME businesses need access to quality information, advice and service to help them achieve their ambitions. I love working with our talented team to make a positive difference to our clients and our business and I get a great buzz when we support people to achieve their goals and ambitions.
